I think gyms have a place and are great for some people, me not so much. I do however believe in weight training and I have a set of free weights but many people use their body weight to train with. This quick video shows you how you can too.

I have been passionate about healthy eating/lifestyle for more than 15 years. I am a diabetes educator and a member of the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. I am currently a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. I am also certified by the American Diabetes Association as a Diabetes Prevention Educator and am currently working towards my certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. My main goal as an educator is to empower you to reach your health and nutrition goals.
